Accounting Specialist

We’re looking for an Accounting Implementation & Training Specialist who’s ready to shape the future of dealership accounting. This isn’t your typical accounting role: it’s a chance to be on the cutting edge of financial technology. You’ll help dealerships transition to our advanced accounting platform, train them to become confident users, and work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to influence what comes next.

In this role, you’ll be both a trusted advisor to our clients and a subject matter expert inside our organization. You’ll dive deep into the technical mechanics of our platform, identify opportunities for innovation, and help define what modern accounting enablement looks like. If you love empowering others, bringing structure to complex systems, and being part of something that’s growing fast, this is your moment.

What you’ll do

  • Be an ambassador for our clients and become a go-to expert in our accounting platform and services.

  • Lead live and recorded onboarding and training sessions for dealerships, tailoring sessions to meet their specific business needs.

  • Create, refine, and deliver engaging training materials and self-service resources to empower users and scale client success.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to provide feedback on system performance, client pain points, and feature opportunities.

  • Support our Client Success team by developing repeatable accounting processes, best practices, and scalable training programs.

  • Act as the bridge between our clients and our technology, helping translate complex accounting functionality into simple, actionable workflows.

  • Analyze usage data and client feedback to identify opportunities for additional training, optimization, or process improvement.

  • Play a key role in shaping the future of our accounting support model, building new programs, tools, and resources that drive long-term client success.

  • Constantly participate in improving team processes and culture by sharing insights, ideas, and solutions.

Who you are

  • A Great Communicator: You explain complex accounting and software concepts in clear, easy-to-understand language.

  • Tech Savvy: You love learning new systems and aren’t afraid to get hands-on with innovative technology.

  • A Creative Problem Solver: You find solutions fast, think analytically, and stay calm under pressure.

  • Customer-Obsessed: You thrive on helping others succeed and believe that great training can change a client’s business.

  • Detail-Oriented: You catch the small things that others overlook. You’re thorough, precise, and take pride in getting it right the first time.

  • Teachable & Agile: You’re adaptable, curious, and eager to grow with a company that’s pushing boundaries.

  • A Master Multitasker: You can juggle client training, internal feedback, and system testing without missing a beat.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years in accounting or finance-related roles, ideally with dealership experience.
