The IT Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s Information Technology operations, infrastructure, and strategy. As the sole member of the IT department, this individual will address day-to-day troubleshooting, systems administration, and software configuration for tools like Hubspot, Slack, Intercom, Zoom, Kandji, GoTo, and Okta. A key focus of the role involves implementing and maintaining robust security measures, including SOC2 compliance management through Sprinto, security training, and policy enforcement. Additionally, this position may oversee access control and security principles for AWS and other development infrastructure. The IT Manager will ensure the seamless operation, scalability, and security of IT systems in a macOS-based, tech-savvy environment.

This is a full-time position. Dealr provides a 3-2 hybrid work model in which employees are given the opportunity to work from their dedicated home workspace for two days per week on Tuesdays and Fridays after the first month of in-office training; this position, however, may not always be able to take advantage of the hybrid environment and should expect to work in the office Monday-Friday on a regular basis due to the nature of IT support, system and building configuration, and more. The typical work schedule will be from 8:00am - 5:00pm weekdays with additional hours as necessary.
