Accounting Solutions Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team in a multifaceted role that encompasses both Account Management and Accounting functions. The ideal candidate will excel in client relationship management, financial accuracy, attention to detail, and project management strategies. You will be the bridge between our customers and our proprietary accounting platform – guiding clients through onboarding, training, and optimization while championing best practices and driving adoption. This is a customer-facing, solution-oriented role that blends deep accounting expertise with technical software proficiency.
What you’ll do:
Be an ambassador for our customers and become an expert in our accounting product and services.
Conduct live and recorded training sessions for clients on our accounting platform, develop training materials, and provide hands-on system setup.
Support our Client Success team in creating accounting training materials and programs to create long-term support for dealerships.
Iterate and implement on our comprehensive advanced accounting support program, including standardized processes, tiered service packages, best practices documentation, and educational resources.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to advocate for dealer needs and enhance engagement strategies.
Educate customers on best practices and features related to our accounting software through proactive account reviews, webinars, and training sessions.
Analyze client usage data to identify at-risk customers, reach out for additional training, and act as a trusted advisor for platform adoption.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, training schedules, and retention activities.

We provide a 3-2 hybrid work model in which employees are given the opportunity to work from home for up to two designated days per week. (designated days are Tuesday & Friday)
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years in accounting/finance-related and bookkeeping-specific roles.
3+ years in client success and technical support, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
Experience working with automotive dealership accounting is a plus!
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data management and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
