As an Automotive Titling Specialist on our Titling Team, you will ensure the utmost accuracy and efficiency in our titling processes. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead efforts to complete audits at a high volume while maintaining rigorous standards. Your expertise in titling will be pivotal in auditing client transactions for compliance and precision, upholding our commitment to exceptional service.


What you’ll do:

  • Guide clients through the setup process, conducting regular follow-ups and check-ins to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Provide comprehensive training on accurate titlework completion and processing to clients and new staff, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.

  • Perform detailed audits of client transactions, as well as those of other team members, to confirm accuracy and consistency across the team.

  • Conduct wellness calls to evaluate and address client needs, ensuring comprehensive support and satisfaction.

  • Document and update titling processes, procedures, and requirements, serving as a key resource for internal team inquiries about titling.

  • Represent the interests of clients and advocate for their success, acting as a trusted ambassador for our solutions within the team and to our client base.

Job requirements

Requirements & Experience

  • Typing 40+

  • Computer literacy

  • At least 2 years of experience training/teaching as a frequent job responsibility

  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or support experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience - Nice to Have:

  • B2B software experience

  • Experience with the dealr.cloud Software

  • Titling experience in Colorado or any other state.
