Inside Sales Development Representative
With your prior B2B cold-calling experience, you’ll excel at creating opportunities, making strong first impressions, and generating meetings as an outbound prospector. In this role, you’ll make 60+ daily dials, build relationships, set and keep appointments, and manage leads in our CRM. You’ll gather key information about potential prospects, schedule demos, and own the follow-up that moves conversations forward.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) fills the top of the funnel by booking and keeping demos with dealership owners and decision-makers, introducing them to dealr.cloud, our all-in-one dealership SaaS platform. This role demands a disciplined self-starter with strong drive, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
This is a full-time position based in Loveland, Colorado, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week, after your first 30 days. What You’ll Do:
Demand Generation, Booking and Keeping Demos: Conduct high-volume cold calls to dealerships to book demo appointments and generate new business opportunities.
Prospecting & Pipeline Management: Leverage outbound lead sources to build a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and qualification of potential clients.
Rapport Building & Communication: Build meaningful relationships with prospects using strong verbal and written communication skills, clearly conveying our value proposition in every interaction.
Gatekeeper Navigation & Objection Handling: Efficiently reach key decision-makers and overcome resistance to secure high-quality appointments.
Collaborate & Refine Sales Strategies: Partner with the sales team to refine lead generation tactics and processes, strengthening overall sales performance.
Time Management & CRM Mastery: Maximize your day by prioritizing outbound calls, lead management, follow-up, and related activities, while maintaining accurate, detailed records in our CRM.
Achieve & Surpass Sales Goals: Consistently work towards and exceed monthly sales targets in alignment with overall company objectives.

The position’s base salary is $60,000 annually, plus commissions.
Job requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in B2B, preferably in subscription-based software sales.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the automotive dealership industry is a bonus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.
Technical Aptitude: Computer literacy with the ability to type 40+ WPM.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
Drive & Determination: Proven experience in high-volume cold calling, showcasing a relentless drive for success and a willingness to make daily outbound calls.
