Sales Development Representative
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, our dealer.cloud Sales Development Representative (SDR) will create the top of the funnel for our company's growth, booking demos for our all-in-one comprehensive platform. This position requires drive to succeed and the tenacity to excel in a fast paced environment!
With your previous cold-calling sales experience, you will be excellent at mining opportunities, making positive connections, and delivering meetings as an outbound cold-calling prospector. As a member of our team, you’ll acquire new clients from outbound lead sources by prospecting, cultivating relationships, setting appointments, and managing leads in our CRM. You’ll obtain critical information about potential new clients, schedule demos, and conduct follow-up activities with prospects.
This role is a full-time position based in Loveland, Colorado, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week, after the first thirty days. What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation & Booking Demos: Conduct high-volume cold calls to dealerships to book demo appointments and generate new business opportunities.
Prospecting & Pipeline Management: Mine inbound and outbound lead sources to build a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and qualification of potential clients.
Rapport Building & Communication: Develop relationships with prospects using exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver our value proposition.
Gatekeeper Navigation & Objection Handling: Efficiently reach key decision-makers and overcome resistance to drive appointments.
Collaborate & Refine Sales Strategies: Partner with the sales team to optimize lead generation tactics and processes to improve overall sales performance.
Time Management & CRM Mastery: Maximize your day by prioritizing lead management, follow-up, and all lead activities while maintaining detailed records in our CRM.
Achieve & Surpass Sales Goals: Consistently work towards and exceed monthly sales targets in alignment with overall company objectives.

Job requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B and subscription-based software sales.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the automotive dealership industry is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.
Technical Aptitude: Computer literacy with the ability to type 40+ WPM.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
Drive & Determination: Proven experience in high-volume cold calling, showcasing a relentless drive for success and a willingness to make daily outbound calls.
